ACCOMMODATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking your Accommodation.
- All bookings must be paid for in advance of the booking start date.
- Payment can be made via debit card, credit card or PayPal.
- Prices are per night, for either the Lodge or Gothic room, depending on guest choice of accommodation at the point of booking.
- We do not accept parties or other noisy events.
- Bookings must be made by persons 18 years or older, unless it is a family booking.
- Occupation is limited to the number of people on the booking form.
- Linen and towels are included.
- Pets are permitted at the property with an additional charge. This is £15 per.
Cancellations.
- Notification of cancellation must be sent via email to stay@gwrychcastle.co.uk
- Cancellation more than 30 days prior to start of holiday; 50% refund of holiday payment.
- Cancellation within 30 days prior to start of holiday; no refund of holiday payment.
- Refunds are non-negotiable. (We recommend that guests obtain holiday insurance to cover for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. See terms, above).
General rules and regulations.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- Keep noise to an acceptable level.
- Do not cause wilful damage to the property or facilities.
- Do not leave heating on, when the property is left unoccupied for the day.
- Do not leave electric heaters unattended.
- Do not play ball games on driveway.
- Do not engage in anti-social behaviour.
- In the event of damage, please inform us by phone (See above contact numbers), as soon as possible. Please be aware that you may be charged for costs to repair or replace.
- Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians and we advise that their presence should be known at all times. Ensure that children do not run around the property due to stairs and other dangers, such as log burners.
- Children should not be left unattended in the accommodation without an adult present.
- Please leave the accommodation as you found it, in a clean and tidy condition.
- Failure to adhere to rules and regulations may result in cancellation or termination of the holiday, without refund.
Arrival and departure.
- You may enter your accommodation any time from 4pm on the start date of your holiday. Keys can be obtained from the keysafe, upon arrival. A code will be sent on the day of arrival. The keys must be returned to the keysafe on departure. Failure to return keys will result in withholding of deposit.
- In the event of late arrival (e.g., the following day), please inform us, as soon as possible. Unless notified by 11am the following day, the holiday will be treated as cancelled.
- The accommodation must be vacated no later than 10am on the morning of departure. PLEASE NOTE; Late departures will incur an additional charge due to extension of cleaning schedule time and delays to following guests: This will be charged at £13 per half hour delay.
